Because a seller held a ruined jacket, typed "how much did I actually lose?" into Google, and got back a four-year-old forum thread where strangers did mental math. That seller was us. This tool is the answer we couldn't find.
The problem nobody calculates
Every calculator on the internet answers "what will I make if this sells?" None of them answer the question that actually keeps resellers up at night: "the buyer returned it damaged — what did that cost me?" The loss is real — kept fees, forced return shipping, and an item that can't be resold at the same price — but it's invisible, so sellers absorb it silently, one return at a time.
CLAWBACK exists to put a dollar figure on that loss, tell you whether it's worth fighting, and hand you the appeal letter and the evidence checklist to win.
